I start this ice machine cleaning by turning off the unit and removing all the old ice from the bin so it doesn’t get contaminated. Then I drained the water from the reservoir and removed the water shutters, reservoir, ice guide, sprayer, and the recirculation pump cover. I cleaned all items with soap and water then began rinsing the inside of the unit. I reinstalled all parts then added the descaling solution. After allowing it to circulate for 30 minutes, I drained and rinsed the reservoir, repeating the process for the sanitizing solution. Finally I cleaned the condenser, the front cover panel and the stainless steel panels. Drained and rinsed one last time and then I powered the unit up for ice production.
